Privacy Policy

When you join the waitlist we collect the email address you submit, the audience you self-identify with (mom, support person, professional, or newsletter), and optional context you share in the signup form (name, due date, feeding preferences, role, etc.). When you use the Dear Momma app, we collect the account information you provide and the tracking entries you create for you and your baby.

• To send beta updates, early access invitations, and product news you opted into.
• To personalize the app experience and features for your stage of motherhood.
• To improve Dear Momma through aggregated, de-identified analytics.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

With your consent, we load two analytics tools on dearmomma.com:

• PostHog - product analytics. Records page views, clicks, and feature usage with a randomly generated visitor ID.
• Microsoft Clarity - heatmaps and session replay. Replays reconstruct page interactions such as scrolling and clicks. Text entered into form fields is masked by Clarity and is not captured in replays.

Neither tool runs until you press Accept on our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link in the site footer, and you can opt out of Clarity globally through Microsoft's privacy choices page. See our Cookie Notice for the specific cookies used.

We share limited data with vetted service providers who help us operate Dear Momma:

• Supabase - database, authentication, and file storage.
• Lovable - hosting for the waitlist site and app infrastructure.
• Lovable AI Gateway - AI features inside the app (when enabled).
• PostHog - product analytics (consent-based).
• Microsoft Clarity - heatmaps and session replay (consent-based).
• Google Workspace / SMTP - transactional and notification email.
• RevenueCat - subscription management (when enabled in-app).

We maintain a data processing agreement with each subprocessor listed above. Business customers and users covered by the GDPR or UK GDPR can request our data processing addendum, including the standard contractual clauses for international transfers, by emailing privacy@dearmomma.com. We will notify subscribed customers before adding a new subprocessor that processes personal data.

Waitlist records are retained while you remain subscribed. App account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion to complete removal from backups. See Data & Account Deletion for how to remove your data sooner.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@dearmomma.com.

Dear Momma is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Baby tracking data is entered and controlled by the parent or caregiver.
