Data & Account Deletion

1. Open the Dear Momma app and sign in.
2. Go to Account (tap your avatar in the top right).
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and personal data are queued for deletion immediately.

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@dearmomma.com from the address associated with your account and include the subject line Delete my Dear Momma account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

If you only joined the waitlist and want to be removed, email privacy@dearmomma.com with the email address you signed up with. Waitlist entries are removed within 7 days.

• Your profile and authentication record.
• Your baby and mother tracking entries.
• Uploaded photos and files.
• Your waitlist signup record.

Aggregated, de-identified analytics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained. Records we are legally required to keep (for example, receipts for tax purposes) are retained for the required period and then deleted.

Data is removed from active systems immediately and purged from encrypted backups within 30 days.
